Tiger's streak of par or better ends

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Tiger Woods' consecutive streak of par or better rounds came to an end Friday when he shot a 2-over-par 73 in the second round of the Phoenix Open.

A day after he shot 66, Woods made only two birdies against four bogeys on the par-71 TPC at Scottsdale course.

Woods played 52 rounds of par or better in PGA Tour tournaments since beginning the streak last May in the second round of the Byron Nelson Classic. Woods himself counts other tournaments in the streak and claims it to be 62 straight rounds.

Woods was 4 under for the tournament, 13 shots behind leader Mark Calcavecchia.
